So the first property in this assessment of mine is Pebble Bay from Advantage Raheja (Aditya Raheja) which is located in Dollars Colony.

Right in the midst of bustling Bangalore, a space to call your own and not just brick and mortar either. PEBBLE BAY, extravagant in conception and bigger than life in execution. I loved the landscaping, the fact that I can enjoy it without doing all that hard work. The spacious flats, communal yet separate, far enough to keep away the noise of that high end home theatre and yet close enough to run over for a bowl of sugar. Remote, yet with all amenities within your reach, an in campus supermarket even. What next? A metro station?

This place is a haven, barring of course this unusual quiet, which to somebody used to sleeping to a concert of honking cars and revving bikes is going to need some getting used to.It’s another question if I can afford it, being priced as it is at a hefty 2 Cr, but hey if I won the lottery you know what I am going to do with the money. I wouldn’t want to pass upon owning a piece of this oasis as the developer puts it.
