THE “REAL” DEAL

Investing in Real Estate is a new trend which is catching on quite quickly. Our friends, neighbours and relatives all want a slice of land. They seem to be even more thrilled at the prospect of buying apartments. And why not? With Indian property rates on a constant rise, it’s a wise move. It’s quite easy to jump on the bandwagon of wanting property… It’s a little more difficult to narrow down which property you want to buy.  We all want value for money, state of the art facilities and convenience, no matter how much we pay.
So I looked at the well-known developers. I was quite sure that if they were well known, it’s less likely to be a dud. Mantri Developers was the name that stood out to me. I want to spend a little time analyzing one of their properties: Mantri Flora.

It’s located very strategically- on Outer Ring Road at the Sarjapur Road Junction, close to all the offices yet suitably in set to provide a calm feeling. When you talk of facilities, it’s easier to ask what they don’t have. Even if they don’t have it on the property, it’s conveniently located.
The property is quite young in the sense that it was built only 2 years ago and therefore 
will probably give huge scope for growth.

Of course, I vetted their website thoroughly before I contemplated visiting. They list everything but the price. They also have good after sales services schemes, something not many property developers offer. I can’t honestly say that it surpasses the tag line but what I can say is: What I saw, I liked.

This analysis now brings me back to my quandary of choice. But then again it’s better to have excessive choice than none at all!

Aditya Raheja Pebble Bay Bangalore

Real estate is all about property and when to buy when to sell, is it worth it or is what it should be. Land and gold are by far the only assets in life which will always appreciate in its value. So owning a piece of property has shifted from just becoming a place to build a home to shelter oneself to being an investment. So this whole blog is going to show all the best properties in Bangalore which are not going to be just an investment or a place to live , but both and make very good business sense.
So the first property in this assessment of mine is Pebble Bay from Advantage Raheja (Aditya Raheja) which is located in Dollars Colony.

            The words Premium and Affordable rarely go hand in hand, especially when related to real estate, but that is exactly what they have brought to you. Right in the midst of bustling Bangalore, a space to call your own and not just brick and mortar either. PEBBLE BAY, extravagant in conception and bigger than life in execution. They’ve put together everything you could possibly ask for, fountains, pools, gardens, walkways, sculptures, and a helipad even. You’ve asked for the moon and they’ve thrown in the stars as well. Here you can live like a king.
            If you want to show that you’ve arrived all you have to do is buy a flat at Pebble Bay @ Dollars colony. If the posh address wasn’t enough, the place is sure to blow you away. I loved the landscaping, the fact that I can enjoy it without doing all that hard work. The spacious flats, communal yet separate, far enough to keep away the noise of that high end home theatre and yet close enough to run over for a bowl of sugar. Remote, yet with all amenities within your reach, an in campus supermarket even. What next? A metro station?
For the Bustling city of Bangalore, Pebble Bay the only urban oasis located in up-market Rajmahal Vilas II, Dollars Colony, Bangalore. 6 towers of 20 floors each, built across 11 acres of prime real estate with aroma gardens and manicured lawns makes for a unique, soothing atmosphere. 11 Water bodies with 4 temperature controlled pools, sunken pool bar, pool deck, tennis courts with professional trainers from Leander Paes foundation, cricket pitch, chipping putting, amphi theatre/meditation plaza, jogging track, children’s play area.
Coming inside is a ready club house which includes gym, squash courts, billiard room, table tennis, jacuzzi, steam room golf simulator, café, party room, dedicated room for aerobics/meditation.  
A choice of 3 BHK or 4 BHK apartments and for those accustomed to the luxuries of a villa there are 4 BHK duplexes and 4/5 BHK penthouse duplexes.
Dedicated parking in the basement and ground floor.
This place is a haven, barring of course this unusual quiet, which to somebody used to sleeping to a concert of honking cars and revving bikes is going to need some getting used to.It’s another question if I can afford it, being priced as it is at a hefty 2 Cr, but hey if I won the lottery you know what I am going to do with the money. I wouldn’t want to pass upon owning a piece of this oasis as the developer puts it.
